- ST.LEONARD'SOur client, a Global IT organisation focussed on providing innovative Business Consulting Services and customer focussed IT Solutions to key clients worldwide has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Support Administrator to join their team onsite at St. Leonards.
With your previous client services experience, ideally within a Global IT organisation, you will provide pro-active support and education to the Client Distributor partners. Typically you will have two years of related experience (sales administrative support, customer service, operations or entry level sales).
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain territorial call plan for Account executives
- Maintain current and accurate account information
- Work with Account exec's to technically qualify and advance opportunities to closure.
- Weekly forecasting - units shipped and to come, status, decision makers
- Quotes as directed
Key Competencies:
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services
- Industry trends and competition
- Maintain and understand sales processes, techniques and tools
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
- Organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Developed ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives in support of customer requirements
