Client Support Agent
My client, a leading financial services organisation, is seeking a Client Support Agent to join their team on a temporary basis in Edinburgh city centre.
You will be working in a client facing environment, ensuring that all client queries are met in an efficient manner so previous experience of working to tight timescales is essential to success within this role. This is a contact centre role which will be primarily telephone based.
Previous experience within financial services is essential
You will need to pass a credit check if offered.
