This globally recognized financial information and data provider is looking for Client Support Analysts to join their team in Hong Kong. You will undertake an intensive 6 month training programme which includes a 3 month on the job training where you will develop expert product knowledge allowing you to provide excellent customer service to meet the requirements of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing the highest quality support to clients but having a deep understanding and expertise of the products
- Analysts consult with clients on the best and most efficient way to achieve quality results.
- Installing confidence with clients by explaining the data collection process as well as methodologies behind the calculations.
- Providing creative solutions to meet clients’ requirements and needs.
- Assisting clients in building financial models using Excel.
- In addition to their daily responsibilities, Analysts will also have the opportunity to specialize and receive additional training on a particular product or data set.
Key Requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- 1-3 Years of Customer Service experience, preferably in the finance industry
- Keen interest in the finance industry and the financial markets
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Fluency in English and one of either Mandarin, Japanese or Korean is mandatory
- Desire and flexibility to learn and grow in an ever-changing environment
- Fresh Graduates would also be considered
