CLIENT SUPPORT CONSULTANT, SOLARC RIGHTANGLE
The Client Support Consultant is an Onsite Account Owner who adds their unique mixture of problem solving skills, relationship building, and broad based business and Right Angle knowledge to successfully support and maintain a client production environment onsite at client’s office. The role requires you to be able to ask the right questions, gather the right requirements, follow through and resolve issues.
- Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in an onsite end user support function/environment
- Strong SQL server skills and knowledge of C programming language will be an advantage.
- Able to write and debug scripts, and create bug analysis reports
- Experience in managing customer issues within client's current production environment
- Strong in communication and analytical problem solving skills
- To manage and support operational relationships at clients' sites
- To provide advisory services to client projects and initiatives
- Flexibility to work at client offices is an essential part of this position
