Client Support Delivery

Our client is a leading provider of recruitment software who are currently looking for a Client Support and Delivery person to join their team in Canary Wharf.

What you’ll do:

You will take responsibility for the customer, taking them from the trial period through to becoming live clients and beyond. It’s not just phone and email stuff, you’ll be setting up the accounts, offering personalised training and on-going monitoring of their account, all the time making sure that your customer knows what’s going on. Working closely with the sales team you will also look for ways to upsell other services in order to improve their experience of the product. That’s how you deliver an experience that our customers remember you personally for.

What you’ll need:

• An ability to problem solve, to think laterally and to work independently
• A commitment to providing world class support…every time
• To be an active contributor and communicator…Show us your ideas on how we can improve the support framework and provide the best service to our customers
• Previous experience in a customer service role within a corporate or call centre environment.
• Ideally you will have a good knowledge of the recruitment industry or have worked with job boards, recruitment agencies or in house recruitment.
