CLIENT SUPPORT EDUCATION ANALYST
(1 year contract)
 

Reporting to the Manager, Client Support, you will effectively manage IT assets, in particular licenses, related contracts, and vendors to ensure maximum benefit from IT investments as well as compliance. The incumbent will also assist the IT Service Desk with incidents relating to core corporate office productivity software titles while ensuring the highest quality of service delivery and adhering to service level requirements. These support responsibilities will include both remote and desk-side support in addition to working with the vendor to resolve these incidents.  Occupying this role the incumbent will create user guides, answer frequently asked technical questions, liaise with HR to assist in IT related corporate training initiatives, and communicate this material to end-users.   You will:  ·Manage assets to mitigate legal and financial risk due to non-compliance with contracts, licenses and applicable legislation ·Realize Savings for IT operating and capital budgets ·Follow procurement policies and processes to obtain net new assets and also to renew existing ·Obtain added value from vendors and their solutions through proactive contract and vendor management ·Assist in the processing of received invoices and liaise with vendors to ensure proper notification of required changes and/or processing for payment ·Write user‑friendly documentation, user guides, technical publications, and project related documentation ·Participate as an active member of cross‑functional teams.  ·Two year College Diploma in computer science or a related discipline pertinent to the job functions ·Three to five years experience in a similar role ·Highly developed interpersonal, conflict resolution, negotiation, facilitation, problem solving, and communication skills ·Must function cooperatively and productively as a member of a unit, and work independently with minimal supervision.   Salary:    $30.951 to $36.41
