·         Must understand program requirements and rules of engagement

·         Resolve  issues related to pricing, terms and delivery

·         Be able to set priorities and stack rank client issues for resolution

·         Create  reports and provide regular updates

·         Must be able to work with multiple clients in a fast paced environment

 

   

 

Requirements:

 

·         Bachelor’s Degree required

·         Proficiency in MS Office

·         1-2 years experience in a professional environment

·         Ability to multitask

·         Strong analytical and customer service skills

·         Strong sense of urgency and follow up
