Position Summary:
We are seeking exceptionally bright and motivated individuals to compliment our Client Services team in London as a Client Support Specialist. In this role you will focus on providing technical and business support for TradingScreen’s electronic trading platform service for a range of clients.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing first level support for client queries and issues via phone, IM and email
- Interacting proactively with clients in response to system events
- Monitoring all trade transactions from initial request to execution and settlement
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical queries
- Training clients on system functionality across all product offerings
- Preparing weekly reports for management.
Required Language Skills:
English and preferably a second language of French (written and oral)
Required Education/Years of Experience
Engineering degree (Undergrad or Master’s) required with up to two years of practical work experience.
