Client Support – Wholesale recruitment

Duties and responsibilities

This individual will support our Global Strategic Partners team and the UK Ireland Wholesale  team, and provide back-up for our Institutional team. Responsibilities include:

1.Dealing with calls from clients

2.Correspondence with clients

3.Dealing with internal partners, and direct contact with clients generally desk-based but expanding to field activity. 

4.Deal with ad-hoc product / operations / trading queries.

5.Data validation with Marketing for presentations, factsheets, product descriptions and client reporting

6.Finals and Pitch presentations

7.Contact person for contractual and organizational matters

8.Quality management, optimizing processes and compliance reviews

9.KYC and client take-on

10.Maintain databanks and generate research for acquisition and competition

11.Reviewing and contribute to RFP submissions

12.Supporting Sales Management monitoring and ad-hoc with the Business Head

13.Website maintenance ( with web team)

14.Assisting with  investment entertainment events - working with design to produce invites, managing guests lists and attending as required

Competencies

• University degree, ideally in a relevant or related subject

• 2 years of distribution/office experience. 

• Ideally asset management distribution in wholesale and/or institutional segments.

• Strong demonstrated knowledge of long-only investment product, across all asset classes would be ideal but is not required.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ambitious and relationship oriented

• Service oriented

• Commercial awareness.

• Ability to multi-task.

• Structured approach to sales management.

• Fluent English is required.

• Good level of Excel expertise ( pivot tables / macros) and Powerpoint skills
