Client trade support manager recruitment

Working within the Client Team, is a newly created role to be the lynch pin between the client team based in London and the trading desk based in Europe. Duties will include:

* Size and instruct trades for both collective investment scheme and derivatives investments based on internal instructions
* Liaise with our teams across different offices on most effective way to implement trades and manage priorities
* Perform pre trade compliance checks against each client's guidelines
* Prepare risk analysis for use within regular client reporting
* Provide post trade reporting to clients as required
* Co-ordinate the development of existing tools to further improve the trading process
* Project manage client on-boarding process and client transitions, working with our teams across different offices
* Maintain AUM and trade volume data for use in new business documents/management information
* Assist with the production of client performance fee calculations
* Assist the Client Team on client data requests

The ideal candidate will have had exposure to the full trade life cycle and be able to show effective process changes and updating in a previous role, and be able to demonstrate dealing with internal and external clients in a professional manner

* Have at least three years' experience working in a middle office role at an asset management company
* Have excellent attention to detail
* Have excellent organisation and process skills
Essentially you must be able to demonstrate a good mix of an operational background, mixed with effective client liaison skills as this role will also have access to formulating recommendations on rebalancing client portfolios for consideration by the Chief Investment Officer
