Client Trade Support recruitment

 Key Responsibilities

Be the key contact within the London office for managing the trade instruction and execution process

Size and instruct trades for both collective investment scheme and derivatives investments based on internal instructions

Liaise with teams across different offices on most effective way to implement trades and manage priorities

Perform pre trade compliance checks against each client’s guidelines

Prepare risk analysis for use within regular client reporting

Provide post trade reporting to clients as required

Co-ordinate the development of existing tools to further improve the trading process

Project manage client on-boarding process and client transitions, working with our teams across different offices

Maintain AUM and trade volume data for use in new business documents/management information

Assist with the production of client performance fee calculations

Assist the Client Team on client data requests

Candidate requirements 

Degree educated, IMC/IOC advantageous

Experience working in a mid-office role at an asset management company

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent organisation and process skills

Work well under pressure to set deadlines

People skills

Excellent numeracy skills

Good awareness of the different asset classes/strategies and derivatives
