Client Transition Manager recruitment
The Transition Team are responsible for overseeing and managing the front to back Onboarding experience at UBS for our key clients. It's a small team of specialists who align to a Client requirement, therefore are agnostic to requisite UBS policies, requirements or processes and their respective owners.
A regional team of 3 people oversee the top priorities for the business and act as point people for sales and clients as well as coordinators across Credit, legal and the KYC onboarding team.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Manage ad-hoc escalations and key client requests from the FX business, co-ordinating across the relevant internal functions to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
- Assist in the establishment and roll out of a new initiation and prioritization framework for any new client onboarding/account opening request.
- Ensure lessons learnt in delivering against point 12 are suitably captured in the change agenda for tactical and strategic implementation in order to ensure we work towards delivering a more scalable and robust future state.
Our ideal candidates should have the following requisites:
- Degree holder
- Minimum 5 years experience in Operations or some form of Project/Change Management.
- Evidence of ability to challenge and change policy / process
- Articulate and able to manage senior stakeholders outside of immediate function (ie business/Legal)
- MS office (excel / Access / VB) competent
