Client Transitions Manager recruitment
Detailed job responsibilities include:
- Executes and coordinates the transition process in the geography, including:
- New client take-on
- Fund /sub-fund launches for existing clients
- Client restructures
- Fund liquidations closures
- Coordinates the preparation and approval processes for all new/ changed fund documentation including prospectuses, authorised signature lists, KYC documentation.
- Coordinates initial setup processes as necessary for RBC Dexia online applications.
- Coordinates other aspects of new client setup including reporting scheduling and distribution.
- Ensures client sign off is obtained for the scope / activity of all transitions
- Ensures due diligence steps are taken to confirm acceptance of new business in accordance with KYC and AML regulations.
- Carries out client account maintenance including opening, closing and amendments on all systems
- Assists with the management of the complete client portfolio of change, including:
- Working with clients to understand through constructive discussions, their change requirements and document the high level scope, engaging where appropriate the resources and methodologies of the Client Solutions Client Design team.
- Assist with the management of client change request logs and associated tracking, reviewing them with clients on a regular basis.
- Creation and updating of client profiles, operating memorandums and SLSs
- In partnership with the client, complete account opening forms
- Analyses all client issues and activities to determine systemic issues across clients, determine remedial actions plans
- Collates, prepares and distributes KPI performance figures to Account Managers
- Prepares core documentation for client Service Level Review meetings and attends meetings where requested by Account Managers
- Liaises with internal business units to coordinate resolution of systemic client issues
- Prepares statistics, ad-hoc reports, account or client information at the request of Account Managers, client or client auditors (e.g. financial statements and cash flow analysis).
- Reviews, maintains and analyses issues recorded in client tools, in order to recommend future enhancements to operations processes/clients’ service.
- Acts as an ambassador for all of Client Solutions functions in the local geography
- Develops long term relationships with targeted line(s) of business
- Collaborates with colleagues globally to achieve objectives
- Maintain awareness of market, competitive, regulatory and legislative developments to fully capitalise on opportunities to extend client base
Job Requirements
- University Degree preferred
- At least 5 years relevant working experience
- Industry related courses
- Client service experience
- Client service and people management experience
- Proven track record in leading initiatives, project management and managing cross-functional relationships
- Solid understanding of Risk Management and compliance requirements relating to KYC and AML
- Excellent interpersonal skills and networking abilities with clients and internal
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Client management skills
- Understanding of investment industry and client requirements
