Responsibilities and Skills Required:
- Strategic / Tactical Planning
- Marketing Strategies Campaigns

- Driving Business Development and Sales
- Development of Training Materials
- Liaise between the consumer and the company, establishing potential accounts to increase business development and sales for the local market.
- Develop strategies to improve staff performance to maximize campaign outlay.
- Impact and coach employees to set goals, game plans, and accountability meetings.
- Responsible for learning basic product knowledge for major accounts.
- Learn basic sales/marketing strategies to implement through several different environments of business development and sales.
- Act as a promotional marketing and sales representative to inform potential clients of special deals/offers/promotional packages currently in effect.
- Exude excellent customer relations and assisted in any customer service situations.
- Self manage and self motivate.

- Schedule: M-F, 11am - 7pm
- $26,000 – $35,000 Base
- Annual Bonus Potential: $15,000 - $50,000
