Job Description
The primary objective for this position is business support for the TS Region Executive in EMEA with a focus on integrating and driving activities and non financial information that cuts across the product families and regions.
The successful applicant will be a motivated individual with a business management financial background, capable of multi-tasking, analytically reviewing process to identify improvements, good time management, communication and presentation skills. The position requires interaction and partnership with TS Senior management and other Business Management Financial professionals.
DescriptionMaintain and facilitate strong governance structures for executing the business agenda.
This will involve obtaining a clear understanding of the overall TS business strategy, as well as the objectives of the individual TS Regional Executive and functional partners in the TS lead Team.Liaise with all partner groups - Sales, Product, Client Management, Onboarding, Operations, Technology, Risk, Credit, etc. - to ensure timely and accurate reporting of performance and progress against key business priorities.Execute special projects that cover a diverse range of business areas applying strong project management skills in delivering these initiatives.
Brief Summary of Main ResponsibilitiesCoordinate projects and activities that involve the integration of activities or information across the product families and regionsWork with finance and business partners to establish priorities and engage buy in to objectives, approach, outcomes and measuresCoordinate logistics and preparation of presentations for regular meetings to ensure clear organisation and timely follow upContribute to TS business management agenda as needed (meetings, activities, projects)Act as ad hoc liaison for the Region Exec to execute strategic initiatives (regional global)
