Performs problem identification, problem research, problem resolution, user training, ongoing implementation support of clinical systems. Responsible for and/or assists with planning, design, system configuration, development, testing, implementation, system enhancements, optimization. Analyzes expected potential impact of EMR on current future state work flows, polices, procedures. Performs workflow analysis redesign, leads facilitates multidisciplinary health teams. Primary responsibility is the training support of the Hospital medical Staff in their use of the EMR including CPOE. Functions as an EMR content expert, consultant, educator, evaluator for development, maintenance, EMR improvement. Facilitates communication between the hospital management staff, clinical users technical personnel in support of the I.S. function. Facilitates meetings performs assigned analysis monitoring of Medical Staff performance in relation to EMR adoption.
