We are actively seeking a Clinical Training Specialist to develop, coordinate and conduct end-user training to support the commissioning of a new internal application. This individual can reside anywhere in the U.S. but will require approximately 75% travel to the West Coast. In this Clinical Training Specialist position, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Incorporate quality and continuous improvement as part of overall job performance, adhering and training to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct user training at customer sites with travel time approximately 75% in the month.
Interact with the sales and service teams to coordinate customer training events. - Develop user training and courses.
- Provide clinical consultation to support system design, deployment and commissioning.
- Conduct user feedback forums and track results for continuous improvement metrics.
