Clinical Area Manager - Sales
The Clinical Area Manager focuses upon professionally educating and informing medical professionals active in pulmonary care on the benefits and opportunities presented by the SmartVest® Airway Clearance System. The territory will include the Southern United States and ideally will be based out of Houston, TX or surrounding areas.
Education required for position
One of the following:
- Clinical degree such as RT, RN, OT, PT, or EMTP
- Associate degree, preferably in Marketing, Science or Biology
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Science or Biology
Skills required for this position
- Strong interpersonal skills, Excellent communication skills, Flexible, Self-Motivated
Ability to work independently, Ability to grasp new concepts
- Human anatomy and physiology expertise
- Process oriented
- Experience sourcing, building and maintaining customer relationships
- Experience selling durable medical devices preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Customer interface skills
- Understanding of FDA compliance issues
Experience required for position
- 5 years’ experience in medical sales, preferably durable medical device sales
- 5 years’ experience in a respiratory care preferred
