We are currently hiring a Clinical Customer Service Coordinator Responsibilities: - Conducting daily patient rounds to proactively identify and resolve service related issues - Tracking patient satisfaction data, analyzing relevant trends and developing recommendations for improving or sustaining patient satisfaction outcomes - Engaging in intraprofessional collaboration to develop, implement, and monitor performance improvement projects related to patient satisfaction and service recovery initiatives - Sharing responsibility with the department manager for the day-to-day supervision, development, and management of clerical support staff Requirements: - Knowledge of office and administrative procedures and ability to organize and prioritize tasks normally acquired through two to three years of related experience - Comprehensive understanding of personal computers and demonstrated proficiency in the use of standard word processing, powerpoint and spreadsheet software It's because we value the people who work here that we offer an unparalleled benefits package that includes medical, vision and dental coverage, a generous tuition reimbursement program, multifaceted retirement options and even college grant tuition for your dependents.
