We currently have an exciting contract opportunity for a Clinical Data Manager for our client in North Chicago, IL. A Clinical Data Manager is an experienced data management professional who is responsible for all activities relating to over 20 studies over the course of one year. The primary goals are to provide accurate data acquisition and to furnish accurate and well documented study databases to the statistical and clinical teams. In addition, this individual will be responsible for Case Report Forms (CRFs), including initiating the purchase of CRFs, diaries and related documents from clinical protocols. He/she will also prepare the study database dictionary and develop quality assurance database checks. SKILLS In order to be successful within this role, qualified candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to multi task as he/she will be managing several studies from start to finish. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Qualified candidates must have Bachelors degree in a scientific field and at least 5 years of data management experience performing all start up activities as well as conduct and close.
