For the Clinical Data Operations Division of our pharmaceutical client company, we are looking for a
Clinical Data Manager

Description:
Main Responsibilities include: data management activities, evaluating processes and standards, managing in-stream data flow activities and contributing to the development of data management processes.
Additional responsibilities include: developing data acquisition and data management strategies on a project basis.
The Senior Clinical Data Manager is responsible for :
- CRF development
- Creating Data Management plans
- Data validation specifications
- Medical Review plans
- External data reconciliation plans and metrics specifications
Activities:
- Query Management
- Coding using international dictionaries (MedDra or WHO_DD)
- Ensuring proper handling of external data (SAE, Central Labs, ECGs, etc)
- Preparing final database QC plan, Database release and lock and freeze
Requirements:
Oracle Clinical Remote Data Capture experience in order to execute test plans to ensure quality eCRFs and respond to issues identified by the eCRF HelpDesk.
The Senior Clinical Data Manager will lead and drive a DM team by managing communications within the group and supporting junior staff.
Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3 + years of pharmaceutical experience in the CRO or Pharma industries; experience working in an international environment is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Science
- Good knowledge of English - written and spoken
- Responsible and precise work ethic
- Able to handle multiple projects and respect challenging timelines
- Very good knowledge of Data Management processes
- Good knowledge of DB-systems (preferably Oracle Clinical)
- Able to plan and prioritize work without supervision
- Very good communication skills both internally and when interacting with clients
The position is based in Verona.
