If you are a Clinical Director of Surgery Services with 5-7 years of experience, please read on!

Located in beautiful Fresno, CA we are one of the nations state of the art medicine certified outpatient facilities. Due to massive growth we are seeking a qualified Clinical Director of Surgery Services. Candidates will supervise and lead staff, oversee the day to day operations which includes, equipment vendor relations, vendor contract negotiations and patient relations. The Clinical Director will also manage communication and non physician personnel and patients as well as be knowledgable of financial and business related ventures. You will be be an integral part of our team working with some of the brightest and innovative people in this field.

What you need for this position:

- Graduate of a school of professional nursing with a current California RN license
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Management or Nursing
- Current certification in Basic CPR. ACLS preferred
- Preferably at least 2 years of recent experience as a charge nurse.
- Experience as a Clinical Director of Surgery Services
- Familiar with equipment vendor relations, vendor contract negotiations as well as patient relations
- Knowledge of financial and business related practices
