Description Clinical Education Specialist - HTA Recruiter: Carolyn Shea-Morrone Summary: Position will develop key relationships through frequent and routine customer visits.Will service the account to ensure customer satisfaction. Relationships must be established with physicians, nurses and technicians. Provide clinical assistance and education in support in the delivery of procedures. Individuals will exhibit strong clinical excellence, stay current on products and programs. Candidate will have experience and be comfortable in the hospital and office-based settings, and be creative in their problem solving. Provide consulting to physician on treatment options and patient profiling. Requirements: Able to coordinate TMs and other resources to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay current on BSC products and programs; clinical excellence Must uphold all the quality policies outlined consistently and completely Identify and forward all sales and technical issues that could impact future of existing sales of the territory manager Provide individual and group training for hospital and physician office staff as identified. Relay verbal and/or written complaints regarding BSC products to appropriate BSC products to appropriate BSC departments This is a field position. While travel will be constrained to a geographic area, it will require episodic travel. Travel outside the state could occur on a regular basis. Fully support the Quality Policy by building quality into all aspects of the incumbent's work and maintaining compliance to all quality requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 2-3 years sales experience Prior sales experience well organized, thorough, detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities must possess strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including staff, technicians, physicians, nurses, administrators and support personnel Possess a valid driver's license
