We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full time Clinical Manager at our center in South San Jose. This is a 40 hour per week position.
The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the dialysis unit. This includes patient care, technical services, staffing, and clerical practices. The Clinical Nurse Manager will provide nursing support services to the unit for unscheduled absences or for patient care, as needed. This component of the job is variable and will be defined in conjunction with the Regional Director.
Required Experience:
-Eighteen months hemodialysis nursing and/or administrative experience
-Ability to read, write, speaks, understand, and satisfactorily communicate in English
Required Education:
-Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent. BSN preferred.
-Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
-Current CPR certification (or within three months of hire).
-CNN or CDN credential preferred or within one year of hire.
