Clinical Manager - Purley - upwards £28,280 + location allowance of £2,000
Are you a specialist dialysis nurse who is looking for a management opportunity? Have you the experience and skills to supervise a team of nurses? I am looking to recruit a Clinical Manager for a job in Purley for one of my clients who works in the dialysis sector.
Reporting to the Unit Manager, the job involves ensuring the provision of quality patient care in the most efficient and safe manner, whilst in accordance with company policy. To apply you must be an RGN with substantial post registration experience, in addition to demonstrable experience within a senior post in Nephrology. You must hold ENB136 or equivalent.
The unit is open Monday to Saturday 7am - 11pm, so the successful candidates will be working on a rota of early and twilight shifts, with no night shifts or shifts on Sundays. Salary for the role is negotiable and a location allowance is also payable. In addition, our client offers an excellent benefits package including stakeholder pension, attendance vouchers, flexible benefits and up to 36 days annual leave.
