CLINICAL MGR I-TMC Job in Houston, Texas US
Position Highlights
Position responsible for serving in a leadership role and as a clinical expert in the delivery and management of comprehensive patient care, utilizing research and evidence-based practice as necessary; for expertly caring for patients from multiple services/specialties, and for more complex diagnosis.
Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide the appropriate care to the patient being served. Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development as it relates to the different life cycles.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Demonstrates commitment to the Partners-in-Caring process by integrating both Behaviors and Operating Principles in all internal and external customer interactions. Performs duties with accountability, competency, innovation, collaboration, compassion and respect to create the best possible outcomes with exceptional customer experiences.
2. Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing; Baccalaureate degree or alternate educational plan.
3. Current State of Texas license/permit to practice professional nursing.
4. Completed Charge Nurse Training including Module for Charge Nurses.
5. Completed ACLS, PALS, and/or TNCC.
