With an ever growing reputation and a well established national presence, this quality law firm continues to go from strength to strength. They are currently looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their London based Healthcare Team.
Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Key Duties:
The role encompasses a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims against NHS Trusts, including some fixed fee work. The claims will be handled in accordance with strict client protocols and with their KPI’s in mind as well as collating a variety of management information.
The successful candidate will be a confident and highly organised case handler with established technical expertise, IT proficiency and commercial awareness. The candidate should also be willing to handle their own cases as well as assist senior lawyers with high value and complex claims.
