Provide continuous job related education and training for all levels of personnel involved in the care/treatment of the surgical services patient". Will include a focus on pre, intra, and post operative care (includes vascular lab) within a centralized, decentralized and matrix educational model. Required: active Maryland RN license, BLS. Minimum three years experience in nursing education, staff development and program design. Demonstrates strong leadership, organizational, communication and bedside clinical skills. Preferred: masters degree in nursing. Specialty certification in area of expertise, ACLS, and PALS (required within 1 year from hire date if not current).
