Clinical Nurse Educator

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to step into a hybrid Clinical  Education and Sales role at an expanding global medical device company. My client is a multi-billion dollar manufacturer of specialist, single use devices / consumables, and you will be given a specific group of hospital accounts to target in NSW ( Sydney metro / Southern ),  plus an exciting and large range of specialist consumables to educate and support a sales team.

You will be calling into both  new and existing hospital accounts  to implement clinical education actitivies across NSW.  You will also be required  to support sales activity conducted by the Account Management team to drive revenue growth  and there is exceptional opportunity to be well rewarded for exceeding your targets.  This is a dynamic and often rigorous multi-step sales process, with regular in-field site visits and travel  required to develop relationships with prospective customers through education and on-going product support. Your ability to provide a high level of inservice support will be key to the NSW Account Management team  gaining commitment to trial products and work collaboratively on account conversions against competitors.

An ideal candidate must ideally have recent Operating Theatre Registered Nursing experience and  have a mindset orientated towards selling.  The  key factors to success are your commercial acumen, communication skills, enthusiasm and overall attitude.   You will be able to demonstrate delivering education  through proven in-service skills and ability to plan potential customer training needs.  You will be able to demonstrate how you work with customers to deliver an effective value proposition and service their requirements, plus your ability to close.

You will  be able to show a stable employment history and relevant sales achievements.
