Are you a Clinical Nurse Specialist passionate about bringing your staff development expertise to a Peds Congenital Cardiac ICU unit?
If so, you are the right candidate for our newly created position!
Position Highlights:
- As a member of the Pediatric Leadership Group, the APN will focus on the Congenital Cardiac ICU population and play a key role in coordinating staff development, participating in QI projects as well as patient care improvement processing.
- Unit offers a Congenital Cardiac ICU integrated with a 20 bed PICU/Procedural/Recovery area, the latter providing care to a wide range of Pediatric med/surg patients.
- Peds ICU proud to have contributed to the Magnet (TM) Recognition Rush Nursing has received three times.

Position Qualifications Include:
- IL RN and APN licenses,
- MSN with ICU specialty
- Cardiology/CV exp
