Clinical Pharmacologist (PhD) Job in Cambridge 02139, Massachusetts Us
The Clinical Pharmacologist will:
- Provide Clinical Pharmacology support to project teams
- Aid in the analysis, interpretation and reporting of clinical pharmacokinetic data internally and in collaboration with external vendors/academic sites
- Participate in the management of bioanalytical vendors and review of analytical methods, method validations, project plans, and data reports
- Contribute to protocols, Clinical Study Reports and Investigator Brochures with respect to Clinical Pharmacology studies or data
- Engage in the management of CROs/academic sites in the conduct of in vitro ADME studies
- Take part in Clinical Pharmacology data analysis and interpretation in preparation for study reports and in preparation of documents for IND and NDA filings
- Participate in the preparation of abstracts and manuscripts for publication
- Partner with all Clinical functions, Regulatory, Project Management, Discovery Research and other departments as required
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics or other relevant field with 0-3 years experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or Pharm.D. with at least 2 years of relevant post graduate training and 0-3 years experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamic principles, ADME concepts and bioanalytical principles. Proficient in standard MS software (Word, Excel and Power Point) and experience using WinNonlin or other pharmacokinetic software.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills required. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to function in a team environment are essential. Travel may occasionally be required.
