Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively recruit, source, initiate contact and screen candidates for clinical positions.
- Coordinate the hiring process for Nurses, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and other clinical positions.
- Advertise through on-line resources, print ads, direct mail, and employee referrals to identify future employees.
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
- 2 years recruitment experience-preferably in healthcare
