The clinical team are seeking to fill a CRA II  level role following an internal promotion. The successful candidate will conduct all CRA activities on global studies from Phase I-IV within a range of therapy areas. Reporting into the CRA Manager you will also liaise directly with both country and study managers have cross functional interactions with Data Management, Regulatory and site staff.  As global studies, an awareness of cultural difference is advantageous.

Responsibilities will include all CRA activity including feasibility, training site staff, supporting patient enrolments, SDV through to close out. You will be expected to develop site and vendor relationships to ensure the smooth running and timely delivery of global trials. For out-sourced trials you may be required to co–monitor. Monitoring is typically around 50% of the roles but can peak at around 70% and will include some overnight travel.

The opportunity is being presented for a CRA II with 2-3 years monitoring experience across the full spectrum of CRA responsibilities. The client is happy to provide therapy area training on some complex areas but needs confident monitoring skills, polished communication and good problem solving potential with excellent adherence to ICH GCP standards and all client based codes of conduct. You should have tertiary level qualifications. Initially the role is offered as a 12 month contract and is expected to be ongoing.
