Clinical Research Associate II

We are looking for a talented Clinical Research Associate II to join us at the forefront of clinical practice and cutting-edge research. Job Duties include:
- Register eligible patients; manage the studies; extract; compile and submit data; monitor study compliance
- Manage the studies of solid tumor patient population by observation, communication to medical team, diagnostic imaging/lab studies and specimen submission for on-going participation.
- Extract, compile and submit data patient information from electronic and written records, complete case report forms accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain on-going regulatory requirements
- Coordination of specimen collection and documentation
- Download, copy, file and distribute protocols and amendments
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines
- Perform a range of related duties in conducting clinical research
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED. A bachelor's degree in appropriate scientific discipline is preferred.
- Experience working in a hospital setting, strong knowledge of medical terminology and the ability to comprehend laboratory and imaging studies is a must.
- Computer literate in word, excel and access.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is helpful.
- Certificate from the Society of Clinical Research Associates is desired.
