Clinical Social Worker LCSW
As the Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing social work services to patients and their families, as a member of a multidisciplinary team and in accordance with CVHP Hospital's social work policy. Social work interventions are focused on assessment, crisis stabilization and disposition planning. You will conduct social history and provide supportive counseling to individuals and patient/families. The Clinical Social Worker will collaborate with outside providers. At times, you may provide service to different patient age groups, based on training and knowledge. In addition, the Clinical Social Worker may provide supervision to the students.
This position requires an LCSW, BLS, and an MSW from an accredited school of Social Work. A minimum of 2 years experience working in a hospital environment is preferred. Bilingual Spanish is also preferred. Must have excellent customer service skills. May be required to have a current, valid CA driver's license to drive between sites.
