Clinical Staff Supervisor Schedule : Full-time Shift : Day Hourly Rate : $27.69 + Depending on Experience Job Category : Clinics/Medical Group Location : Oregon-Seaside Providence is calling a full-time Clinical Staff Nursing Supervisor for a day shift position at Providence Seaside Hospital in Seaside, OR. In this position, you will: Coordinate and manage the clinical operations and activities of the clinic. Oversee quality nursing care based on established standards of practice. Lead clinical staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in a timely manner which is sensitive to the patient?s physical, psychological and spiritual needs. Ensure compliance with established clinic policies and procedures. Required qualifications for this position include: Current Oregon RN licensure. CPR certification. Knowledge of Oregon State Nurse Practice Act and Code of Ethics for Nurses. 3-5 years direct patient care, preferably in an ambulatory setting. 1-3 years in a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting. Preferred qualifications for this position include: BSN/MSN Degree.
