Clinical Supervisor - Outpatient Infusion Schedule : Part-time Shift : Day Hourly Rate : $33.17 + Depending on Experience Job Category : Nursing - Other Location : Washington-Centralia Providence is calling a Clinical Supervisor to Providence Centralia Hospital in Centralia, WA. (Part-time, 0.8 FTE, Exempt) We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to have responsibility for the day-to-day coordination of clinic operations. In this position you will: Provide day-to-day coordination and supervision of unit operations. Support department goals and objectives, which are consistent with regional, service area, and hospital goals and objectives and the Mission of Providence Health and Services. This position works closely with the department director to support daily operations and continued growth and viability. Required qualifications for this position include: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Washington State Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate for Healthcare Providers Recent leadership experience BSN required or in progress at time of hire with completion within one year Minimum of four years RN experience with a minimum of 2 years in an oncology specialty area with experience in administering chemotherapy therapies and monitoring of oncology patients Recent management/supervisory experience (Charge nurse experience may be considered) Preferred qualifications for this position include: OCN certification or will be elegible obtain within 6 months of hire.
