Clinical Support Lead
The Clinical Support Lead is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Diagnostic Testing Department.
General responsibilities include:
- Supervising and training testing technicians
- Keeping track of and ordering all clinic supplies
- Dispensing and verifying all medical prescription orders
The Clinic Support Lead will also assist with various ophthalmic procedure including laser vision correction, oculoplastic and retinal procedures.
The Clinical Support Lead is expected to maintain an environment conducive to the delivery of efficient, high-quality patient care. Qualifications for the ideal candidate include:
- Strong organization skills and prioritize work to ensure completion in a timely manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills to relate to patients in a sympathetic, tactful manner to allay patient apprehensions
- Maintain a positive, optimistic attitude with a willingness to work as a contributing member of a team.
