Clinician (Licensed) (#534) - Rewarding position available to licensed clinician providing mental health and substance abuse treatment including group and individual therapy to adult consumers and their families at the Courtland Center. Candidate must possess good verbal and written communication skills as well as strong clinical skills related to treatment planning and interventions. Must have knowledge of co-occurring disorders, mental health and substance abuse. Licensed as LPC or LCSW required. Position will work several evening hours to meet program needs for facilitating group sessions. A valid driver’s license is required.

Our Featured Position for Child and Family
Clinician (#28) - Outpatient Mental Health therapist working with trauma. Partially grant funded position providing therapy and case management to children and their families who have experienced abuse, neglect or have witnessed a crime. 60 hour Masters in either Sociology, Psychology, counseling, Human Services or Social Work with one year of clinical experience preferred in trauma and abuse. Incumbent will work in Appomattox or Amherst several days a week. Must have a valid driver's license. Individual and group supervision toward licensure offered.
Entry (DOE): $29,930 –
