Description

The Client Services Admin I will work with sales, product management and other areas of the firm to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided. They will process the daily transactions as needed and work on projects as needed.Resolve client queries received via telephone or email.Process account transactions, input trades,submit funds transfer requests, and setting up clients to use the departments web portal.Work on special projects as needed.Assist the departments sales team in bringing new clients aboard.Have a working knowledge of short term investemnt products, and the ability to articulate to clients and other bank business areas how these products may ehnhance investment goals.Have the abiltiy to use the Banks systems to identify and resolve client inquiries. Familiarity with computers and business software is required. Problems solving is needed to get clients access to account information in a timely manner. Need to understand the type of data clients need and how to display or deliver it to clients.As the frontline contact with clients this individual represents the department in every aspect of client servicing. Position has an effect on the customer experience as well as the service they receive.This position requires the ability to clearly articulate the departements products, policies and procedure to internal and external.

Qualifications

BA or equvilant. BA, BS Business/Finance/Economics preferred.
