CLO / Bank Loan Operations Analyst recruitment
Job DescriptionThis position will be an integral part of the team responsible for maintaining all information related to the firm's CLO, ABS and corporate bond portfolios. Key responsibilities include reconciling cash and investment positions to trustee information, and validating / approving monthly CDO/CLO reports issued by the trustees. Principal Responsibilities
- Review, reconcile and validate information on monthly fund trustee reports to the information in the firm's asset administration and compliance systems.
- Reconcile cash on a daily basis for assigned portfolios.
- Research and resolve any cash or investment position discrepancy with the trustee.
Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years experience in leveraged loan operations. Experience in corporate high yield or ABS operations a plus.
- 2+ years experience with Wall Street Office Administrator and Compliance highly preferred.
- Strong work ethic, analytical skills and a thorough approach to problem solving
- Ability to work and communicate with effectively with other functions across the firm
