I am working under mandate to a firm seeking one HF low latency C++ developer to work on a new FX buildout in Chicago (or possibly from the NY sattelite office). This is a new team in a well established 200 strong firm.
This firm has several billion AUM and cutting edge pre-existing infrastructure. Perhaps more interestingly though they have only had around 1% staff turnover since inception several years ago. They hire Technologists largely from Facebook, Google and Twitter (but also occasionally from certain teams in finance).
They are seeking the very best C++ developers and are willing to offer a guaranteed bonus to incentivise candidates to leave. Only those from EITHER a top tier software firm known for the standard of it’s developers (Facebook, ARM, Factset, Google, etc, etc) OR a member of a successful pre-existing front office team need apply for this unique opportunity.
