People within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Typically, people in BPO are based permanently at a client location. BPO helps clients develop and deliver business process innovations with cutting-edge outsourcing services. These services transform enterprises and deliver high performance at lower costs. The primary responsibility of the Closer is to review and approve the Title on the front end, follow up with Title Company for correct Title, send out preliminary loan documents, follow up for and receive HUD and approve or ask for changes. The Closer is also responsible for sending out final loan documents and ordering the funds. These steps must be completed with accuracy in a limited amount of time.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years closing experience
• High School diploma or equivalent

• Ability to effectively handle projects in a timely manner
• Meets deadlines while working under time constraints and pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented and exceptional organizational skills
• Must be able to multi-task, be flexible/adaptable
