Chase Mortgage Banking Operations Job Fair Tuesday December 6 th 11am to 6:30pm 10 South Dearborn Chicago, IL Must meet minimum qualifications to be interviewed Walk-Ins Welcome The Closing Manager is responsible for: - Managing Closing Supervisors/Closers - Ensuring that all Requests for Closings/Schedulings are timely worked (within 2 hours of receipt) that Schedulers are proactively contacting attorneys to schedule closings resolve exception items. - Managing capacity across multiple closing teams to ensure closing documents are generated and forwarded to attorneys/agents at least 48 hours prior to scheduled closing dates. - Ensuring that all fundings are accurately timely wired prior to scheduled closing dates. - Ensuring that all confirmations of closing are completed accurately (based upon receipt of documentation) timely by rescission end date that all supporting documentation is uploaded to the origination system prior to actual confirmations.
