Position Description:

Job Purpose
This position will allow an individual to gain a clear understanding of the sales and marketing function within a field sales rep organization. The Club Supervisor position requires a thorough, detail-oriented person capable of managing projects with excellent follow through and accuracy. The Club Supervisor is responsible for flawless program execution through overall Event Specialist coaching and performance management, team fulfillment, quota management, incentive and recognition management, and program training.

Job Responsibilities

Hire, train and manage Event and Lead Specialists
Build strong relationships with store managers and store customers by proactively addressing opportunities to improve the event experience
Communicate with Event Specialist to address field issues/discrepancies
Manage reporting of daily event success daily via our online reporting system

Communicate with DSM to discuss event successes, opportunities and issues
Coordinate event schedules by using available personnel resources

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in event marketing, demonstrations or retail/grocery is highly desirable
Knowledge in retail sales techniques is preferred
Ability to access internet and complete appropriate call reports; manipulate spreadsheets
Communicate in a professional and appropriate manner with fellow associates
Excellent organization, time management, and reporting skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong coaching and performance management skills; problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Willingness to work weekends when necessary
Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
Must complete Food Safety course, exam, and any additional requirements in accordance with local regulations which may include 8-15 hours of online or in-person training and a one hour exam
Must pass online Food Safety Certification exam
Satisfactory completion of background check/drug testing subject to applicable law
