Clubhouse Coordinator II Job in Dayton 45404, Ohio Us
Minimum of Master's degree required in the Mental Health field. Someone with a strong understanding of the needs of people with a mental illness, empathy for people within the community and an understanding and experience in the application of the ICCD Clubhouse model. Demonstrated experience in working within the non-profit sector in a similar role, and in working with community groups and coordinating fundraising activities. In addition, demonstrated management skills, including financial and asset management, and demonstrated team leadership skills, including recruiting, performance management and conflict resolution, are essential.
