As a Cluster Manager you will be responsible for growth and development of a number of stores in the Midlands. You will assist, develop and motivate your Store and Assistant Store Managers supporting, coaching and leading the teams to improve sales and compliance performance. You will support and develop the career path of your Store Manager and be closely involved in recruitment.
You will report and work closely with your Area Business Manager to implement strategy and objectives.
Monitoring sales performance will mean you are good with figures and analysing data but you will also be a great sales person.
