Sabre is currently recruiting for a CMMI Quality Assurance Specialist to work in Belcamp, MD.
Job Description:
Candidate will work in a challenging, hands-on environment supporting the Department of Defense customers in the Aberdeen, MD area. The ideal candidate will objectively evaluate work products against the applicable process descriptions, standards, and procedures. The candidate will also assist in identifying best practices, note opportunities for improvement, and document non-compliance issue; provide feedback to stakeholders; and ensure that noncompliance issues are addressed. Duties include:
- Review quality assurance standards and existing policies and procedures of the organization
- Complete review schedule for project reviews track master schedule
- Conduct monthly reviews on each project, according to review schedule
- Ensure all project reviews are completed on time and any non-compliance are documented and escalated to all stakeholders and correctly stored
- Monitor / track all non-compliance status issues
- Maintain current and accurate records of all relevant communications and audits
- Assist with annual review of QA processes
- Work with users to provide ongoing training
- Ensure process improvements are incorporated into ongoing audit program

- 1+ years of related experience
- Knowledge of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for Development
Candidate must have an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance, or must be U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance.
