Ø CNC Lathe Set Up Operator - Senior
The job duties and qualifications for the Senior CNC Lathe Set Up Operator include but are not limited to:
Job Duties:
· CNC lathe set ups and operation
· Trouble shooting, programming, etc.
· Employee training
· Inspection of parts
· Monitor and direct work flow
· Special projects
· Assure compliance to all department and Company quality standards
· Adhere to all Company safety regulations
· Ability to communicate in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Qualifications:
· 7 or more years experience with CNC lathes
- 3 or more years experience with aerospace parts
- 3 or more years leadperson or supervisory experience
- Advanced knowledge of MasterCam/EdgeCam
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Advanced knowledge of tooling and fixturing
- Blueprint reading (high level)
