CNC Machine Shop Supervisor Job Description: Small growing machine shop has immediate need for Machine Shop Floor Supervisor to oversee CNC Machinist's and Operators Duties: -Report directly to the owner of the company for all duties related to manufacturing floor -Supervise 12-15 CNC Machinists -Ability to perform Setups on CNC vertical milling machines -Hire and train new employees -Coordinate daily jobs with machinists to achieve results and deadlines -Perform in process inspection of materials and oversee quality inspectors duties -Work with owner hiring new machinist and other personnel Qualifications: 10+ years experience working as Lead Person or supervisor in a machine shop environment Must have experience working in fast paced "job shop" environment Ability to setup and operate CNC Mazak vertical milling centers (Mazatrol Controls) Ability to give direction but still work as part of a team Works well under pressure Goal and results oriented Required Skills for CNC Machine Shop Supervisor Job: BLUEPRINTS MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS TRAINING INSTRUCTION CNC MACHINING INDUSTRY JOB SCHEDULING About Aerotek Commercial Staffing : Join Aerotek Commercial Staffing 74 .
